Greetings! I hold a Master's in Professional Counseling from Seton Hall University, which I earned in 2014. Throughout my career, I have worked with adolescents and adults experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns, including self-harm, suicidal ideation, depression, trauma, dissociative disorders, bipolar disorder, and psychotic disorders. My area of expertise lies in trauma resolution, and I utilize various models depending on my clients' unique needs and preferences. I am proud to hold certification from the EMDR International Association (EMDRIA) and have been practicing EMDR since 2018.
During my tenure at The Meadows, I had the opportunity to learn from some of the most respected professionals in the field, including Pia Mellody, Bessel van der Kolk, Tian Dayton, Dick Schwartz, Peter Levine, and Kevin McCaulley. In addition to my EMDR training, I am also trained in structural dissociation, brainspotting, psychodrama, and I incorporate somatic approaches into my practice. I find that utilizing a parts model in my approach is effective and helps my clients achieve better results.
Overall, I am committed to providing compassionate care to my clients and helping them heal from their emotional wounds in a safe and supportive environment.

Hello and welcome! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Arizona, holding both bachelor's and master's degrees in social work from Arizona State University. Over the past decade, I've gained invaluable experience in diverse settings, including community mental health, hospitals, supporting domestic violence survivors, and assisting individuals with serious mental illness. During my tenure at The Meadows, I've had the privilege of learning from esteemed professionals in the field, such as Dr. Peter Levine, Tian Dayton, Claudia Black, Dr. Kevin McCauley, and Dr. Lawrence Heller.
My therapeutic approach is eclectic, often weaving together elements of EMDR, Somatic Experiencing (SE), parts work, and Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR). I also utilize the Meadows Model, which involves educating clients about common core issues like self-esteem and boundaries, assisting them in recognizing life patterns, and employing parts work and DBR to address and resolve unhealthy behaviors.
As a certified EMDR practitioner through EMDRIA, I specialize in helping clients navigate trauma and various mental health concerns. Additionally, I'm in the final year of my Somatic Experiencing program to become a certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, which focuses on helping clients reconnect with their bodies and overcome the physical effects of trauma.
Central to my practice is the creation of a safe, supportive environment where clients can embark on their healing and growth journeys. I firmly believe in a collaborative approach to therapy, where we work together to uncover the root causes of your concerns and develop effective strategies for moving forward.
