Brittany and Nicole met while working at an intensive outpatient (IOP) in the community. We saw a need for on going care after IOP ended for clients, wanted autonomy in who and how we worked with clients, and wanted a better work/life balance.

Blue Bird Counseling opened in the Spring of 2022 in North Phoenix. Growing rapidly, in January of 2023, we decided to open an office in the West Valley and East Valley.
